Rainbow and Robin was inspired by my own personal experience after losing my father and needing to clear his flat. During such a difficult time, I experienced first-hand how impersonal and upsetting the process could feel with the wrong company. I felt vulnerable being a bereaved relative approaching a company and the emotions involved in this process were huge.

I created this business to offer something different - a house clearance service built on compassion, respect and understanding, while still providing a professional and efficient service.

I believe that every home has a story, and every customer deserves kindness, patience and a personal approach during what is often a stressful and emotional time.

​

As a small, independent business, my aim is simple: to make the clearance process easier, calmer and more human.
